Toddler Amazon Must Haves Part One

You can find lots of weird and wonderful things on Amazon, but also lots of useful things, especially when it comes to toddler essentials. Couple these helpful finds with Amazon Prime for free next day delivery, and the fact that most major brands also sell through Amazon, and it’s no surprise that it’s such a popular place to buy from. Here are some of our Amazon toddler favourites.

Bubble Machine:

Are there any toddlers who don’t like bubbles? Babybel absolutely loves them, and it gets kind of tiring blowing bubbles for more than a few minutes. This machine blows out hundreds of bubbles at a time and is absolutely amazing. We’ve been using it out in the garden as it does get quite messy and we’re also planning on using it as part of the entertainment for Babybel’s upcoming 2nd birthday party.

Glow sticks:

We originally got these for Babybel when she was around three months old, and she loves them as much now as she did back then. We currently have three in rotation as I’ve had to buy a few new ones. They have various settings and colours and are a hit with babies, toddlers, and Star Wars fans alike!

Giant Chalks:

Pop Fidget Bag:

This is one of those random finds, but it gets used every day. It’s a bag made of fidget poppers, two of Babybel’s current favourite things. She likes to wear the bag as a handbag, and she also likes to play with the fidget poppers. She’s also learning colours at the monist so likes to call out the colours on the bag. For me, the fact it’s made of silicone means it’s really easy to wipe clean!

Water Shoes:

We have struggled to find soft, flexible-soled shoes that fit Babybel properly. Her feet don’t seem to fit comfortably into closed-toed shoes, and open-toed ones are impractical due to the amount of running around and climbing that she does. Enter the water shoe – flexible, stretchy, easy to slip on, designed for water play, and easy to keep clean! We’ve just bought a couple of pairs of these in the next size up, because although we’re heading into autumn, these are still the best fitting shoes we’ve found, and they’re perfect for splashing in puddles while the weather’s still quite warm.

Toddler Tower:

I love this so much that I’ve done a full video review on it! Like most babies and toddler,s Babybel wanted to be involved in everything that we were doing, especially cooking and food prep. The toddler tower means that she can be up at counter level with us, helping with the cooking, learning to wash-up, and just generally being out from underfoot! This one also changes to a toddler table, which is great for lunches out of the high chair, colouring, and lots of other activities.
