Summer fun with an 8 month old Babybel

During one of the numerous lockdowns that we've had over the past few years, I started a YouTube channel and an Instagram account documenting our experiences for a few reasons. One because it was January, we were in lockdown, I had a three month old, and I needed something to do. The second reason was to connect with other parents who were in the same boat. And the third one was because I enjoy helping people. My hope with the channel, Instagram, and now this website, is that I can reach people, help them feel less alone, and share anything that I've learned so far.
As this journey has progressed, I've learned that there is a lot of nonsense on the internet, and passed down from the older generation, on how we should raise our babies. I'm passionate about normalising baby sleep, normalising breastfeeding and extended breastfeeding, attachment theory, gentle parenting, and many other things that my parents and their parents before them would view as odd and 'mollycoddling'. I talk, write, and post a lot about Babybel's sleep, co-sleeping, our struggles and triumphs with breastfeeding, my traumatic pregnancy, labour, and recovery, but also the lighter, fun side of raising a baby in today's world
